VPAR has been an active and engaged community partner with the cities of Hampton and Newport News in the development and ongoing activity of their respective rental inspection programs. From working toward high standards in property management, education in tenant responsibility, improved housing stock and enhanced curb appeal and maintenance of rental properties, VPAR has strong ties to the Zoning and Codes Compliance offices in both cities.
